The technology boom has modified the way business is done across the world. One of the big results is the increase of day trading. Day trading is a dodgy form of trading that concerned buying stock and selling it inside one days time. Range trading is another tool used by day traders.
The trader figures that a stock that is going up will continue to go up, but only till it reaches a new high, and then it is due to go back down. The same is thought for stocks headed the other way. When they reach a new low, they have an inclination to rebound and head back up.
Playing stories is another common tool of the day trader. The method is precisely what it sounds like, buying stock which has just released good news and selling stock that has just released bad news.
While none of these systems are guaranteed, day trading is enlarging in recognition each year, and whilst the aptitude for serious loss is awfully real, many continue to walk the tightrope that is day trading.
