Even though we live in a modern era, with access to almost all the information we want, there are a lot of people who do not know what crystalline gold means.
Trying to find out what this "crystalline gold" really means, the first tool to consider is the definition in the dictionary. It says that it is:" a noncohesive form of pure gold prepared by electrodeposition."
We may call it the ancestor of gold. Children will be delighted to hear its story, especially if they like legends. They claimed that gold was well hidden in the center of the Earth but it was forced to come to the surface. At the beginning, the yellow metal could have been found under the form of crystals. After its travel from the center of the Earth towards its surface, it had to pass through certain areas where the temperature exceeded 4000 degrees. Because of such rough conditions, it changed its structure and came to its destination in a different form. This is the reason why we cannot find it in its crystalline structure more often though it would be only normal.
This crystalline form of gold bewildered everybody through its beauty. Pictures taken in different albums do not really reflect reality. The yellow piece is so bright that it rarely lets photographs make a copy of it.
Moreover, again those who know nothing about it would only appreciate its purity or its quantity. What surprises the most is its shape. It may take so many awesome forms that you may spend days in the line admiring the same piece of gold and you may always imagine something new about it.
Going there to the museum may be an interesting experience both for children and adults. They may listen to the legend which explains the present structure of gold. It was said that once upon a time, gold could be found only in a crystalline form, but it hid in the center of the earth . When it had to come closer to the surface, the journey proved to be too difficult. Passing through huge temperature of 4000 degrees braced him up and turned its crystals into pieces of rocks.It may be just a story, or it is nothing but the truth. It is you to decide.
